Return Policy

At Plus Size Bras, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for easy returns.

RETURN CONDITION-REQUIREMENT

Returns must be in their original packaging, brand new condition, with the original tag attached, and include a completed return form. We cannot accept returns that are worn, washed, or used, or if the hygiene sticker is missing. To prioritize customer health and hygiene and comply with Australian hygiene laws and regulations, all returns must meet this standard to be accepted. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  • Print out our Returns Form. You can find the JPG here.
  • Your return parcel should include 1.) Return garment that meet our return standard(as above mentioned) 2.) A completed return form & 3.) The original invoice/packing slip.
  • Trackable Returns can be sent to the following address:

  • Please allow up to 4-7 days after the arrived status for your return to be processed.
  • Upon receipt and inspect a refund will be issued and you will receive an email notification. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • If you live locally and would like to drop off your return parcel, you can do so at this location, attention "Plus Size Bras Return".

RETURNS POLICY & MORE INFORMATION

  • You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your original order, which includes all our full price items, 1%-39% discounted products, products with promotions discount(eg buy 2 get 1 free) or bundle discounted(eg buy 3 get 20% off). However with the promotions and bundle discounted product you will need to return all of the qty. No partial return or breaking up a bundle or pack.
  • Items marked down over 40% are final sale and non-returnable.
  • If you want to swap to a different size, include a self-addressed post satchel and specify the size you need; we’ll handle it when we receive your return.
  • To return swimwear, it must be tried on over your own briefs, and the hygiene sticker must remain attached and intact.
  • Avoid wearing perfume, powder, or deodorant when trying on items, as they can stain undergarments. Items returned with traces of these may be rejected.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed securely and can't get damaged in transit.
  • Your returns must include the completed returns form, an invoice for the items and all original packaging (and tags attached)

EXEMPTIONS

The following items are non-returnable due to Australia hygienic laws and regulations.

  • Hosiery
  • Accessories (including silicone bras)
  • Briefs, underwear
  • Footwear
