DISPATCH
  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business day and once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info.
  • Items that are sent directly from our partnered vendors will be dispatched within 1-3 business days and the customer will receive a tracking email once the shipment has been sent.
  • We endeavourer to make sure that all product information listed on our website are as accurate as possible. If an item you order is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a refund. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
  • All packages include a tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please make sure the email address you enter is correct.
  • If you'd like to follow the progress of your order head to the Australia Post website here.
  • Enter your tracking number and track the status of your order.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
  • Domestic order: All domestic order are sent by Australia Postal Service.
  • Standard: 3-6 working days+ for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days) $8.99
  • Express 1-3 working days for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days) $12.50
  • NZ order: All NZ order are sent by Australia Post International Postal Service and express postal, the delivery time frame for regular parcel is around 7-14 days $12.00, express is around 3-6 days. $19.50
  • International order: All international order are sent by Australia Post International Postal Service, the delivery time frame is around 14-25 days. $25.00
