Every single store I purchase a bra I am the same size so I buy that size on a website designed for plus sizes and they don’t fit
Not even close and I contact the store to never get a reply
Reply: Sorry Michelle, we have replied to your email, for this particular style we suggest to go up 1 to 2 sizes. we go by standard women body sizing so the size 18 to fit underbust of 90cm however for this particular style would only fit 85cm hence we suggest to go up in sizes. We are happy to swap for replace or refund.

Definitely wrong sizing. About 4 sizes too small. Absolutely not a G cup.
Not going to bother returning for store credit as I wouldn’t purchase from this site again.

Sometimes, customers may confuse us with labels like Citychic or Autography. They are 2 to 3 sizes larger than standard brands. Their size 16 to fit underbust of 95cm, hip 127cm whereas standard size 16 to fit 85cm, hip110-115cm. Our sizing is based on standard women's body sizes, similar to Triumph or Berlei, so a 16G Triumph or our brand will not be suitable. Our other labels are also based on standard women's body sizes but offer larger band sizes.

For the best fit, use our size guide and follow the style tip. 16 band size fits underbusts of 85cm or more, but for this particular style, it will fit 80cm, which is size 14. Due to this, we suggested sizing up for our customer. I appreciate your feedback and hope you find the right fit.
